TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

Welcome to Daylite Orlando. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DayliteOrlando.com, any related webpages, ticket links, forms, social media promotions, communications, products, services, contests, and events operated or promoted by Daylite LLC (“Daylite,” “Daylite Orlando,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing or accepting a ticket, registering for an event, entering a contest, submitting content, or attending a Daylite event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, enter our promotions, purchase tickets, or attend our events.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our paid services, purchase tickets, submit applications, or enter a promotion.

Event age requirements vary. Certain Daylite events may be:

  • Open to all ages;

  • Restricted to guests who are 18 years of age or older; or

  • Restricted to guests who are 21 years of age or older.

The age requirement listed on the applicable event page or ticket listing controls. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for entry.

Alcohol will only be served to guests who are at least 21 years old and provide acceptable identification. Daylite and participating venues reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at any time.

A parent or legal guardian is responsible for any minor attending an all-ages event and, by permitting the minor to attend, agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

3. Permitted Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes unless Daylite provides prior written authorization.

You may not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, illegal, threatening, abusive, or harmful activity;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, databases, or ticketing platforms;

  • Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated entry methods, or similar technology without written permission;

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without authorization;

  • Impersonate Daylite, its founders, employees, performers, partners, sponsors, or representatives;

  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful information;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website; or

  • Use Daylite’s name, logos, trademarks, event names, photographs, or branding without written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website for violations of these Terms.

4. Event Information

Event dates, times, locations, performers, DJs, hosts, vendors, activities, amenities, schedules, age restrictions, and programming are subject to change.

Daylite does not guarantee the appearance of any specific artist, DJ, performer, vendor, sponsor, or attraction. Changes to an event lineup, schedule, venue area, programming, or supporting talent do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the event listing, ticket confirmation, venue rules, parking information, age restrictions, prohibited-items policy, and event updates before attending.

5. Ticket Purchases and Registration

Tickets may be sold or distributed through Daylite, Eventbrite, a venue, or another third-party ticketing platform. Purchases made through a third party may also be governed by that platform’s terms and policies.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing or registering for a ticket. Daylite is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect email addresses, names, phone numbers, or other information submitted by the purchaser.

Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, altered, or fraudulently transferred. Daylite may cancel or refuse any ticket that appears fraudulent, duplicated, improperly obtained, resold in violation of applicable policies, or associated with a chargeback or payment dispute.

A ticket does not guarantee immediate admission if the venue has reached a lawful or safe capacity, the ticket holder arrives outside the permitted entry period, or the ticket holder fails to comply with venue or event rules.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event, all ticket sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued because of:

  • A change in personal plans;

  • Failure to attend;

  • Late arrival;

  • Transportation or parking issues;

  • Weather conditions that do not result in an official cancellation;

  • A change in the lineup, schedule, performer, DJ, vendor, or programming;

  • Removal or denial of entry for violating event or venue rules; or

  • Dissatisfaction with personal preferences regarding music, crowds, food, beverages, venue operations, or event conditions.

If an event is postponed, tickets will generally remain valid for the rescheduled date.

If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, Daylite may provide a refund of the ticket’s face value. Third-party ticketing, processing, credit-card, delivery, and service fees are nonrefundable unless the applicable third-party provider states otherwise.

Refunds, when authorized, will normally be returned to the original payment method.

7. Force Majeure

Daylite may postpone, relocate, modify, reduce, interrupt, or cancel an event because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Hurricanes, severe weather, flooding, fire, or other natural disasters;

  • Government orders, restrictions, permitting issues, or public-health concerns;

  • Acts of terrorism, war, civil disturbance, strikes, or labor disputes;

  • Utility, internet, equipment, transportation, or infrastructure failures;

  • Venue closure or loss of venue access;

  • Artist illness, travel disruption, or circumstances affecting performers;

  • Security threats or public-safety concerns; or

  • Any other circumstance that makes the event unsafe, illegal, impractical, or commercially unreasonable.

When reasonably possible, Daylite will communicate material changes through its website, email, ticketing platform, or social media accounts.

8. Admission and Right to Refuse Entry

Daylite and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person when reasonably necessary to protect attendees, performers, staff, property, or the event experience.

Reasons may include:

  • Disorderly, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior;

  • Excessive intoxication;

  • Possession or use of illegal substances;

  • Possession of weapons or prohibited items;

  • Harassment of guests, performers, vendors, or staff;

  • Failure to follow staff, security, venue, or emergency instructions;

  • Fraudulent, invalid, altered, or duplicated tickets;

  • Violation of an event’s dress code, age restriction, or entry requirements;

  • Unsafe conduct, fighting, property damage, or unauthorized access; or

  • Any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Removal or denial of entry for these reasons will not ordinarily result in a refund.

9. Prohibited Items and Conduct

Unless expressly permitted by Daylite and the venue, guests may not bring:

  • Firearms, knives, weapons, explosives, or dangerous objects;

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia;

  • Outside alcohol;

  • Items intended to injure, threaten, disrupt, or damage;

  • Professional recording equipment, drones, or large photography equipment;

  • Unauthorized promotional materials, banners, merchandise, or vending products; or

  • Any item prohibited by the venue, security team, or applicable law.

Daylite and venue personnel may conduct lawful security screenings and bag checks as a condition of entry.

Guests must act responsibly, respect others, comply with applicable laws, and follow instructions from event staff, venue personnel, security, police, fire, and emergency responders.

10. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at live events involves inherent risks, including risks associated with:

  • Crowds and lines;

  • Loud music, flashing lights, lasers, fog, haze, and special effects;

  • Dancing and physical activity;

  • Alcohol consumption;

  • Outdoor heat, rain, wind, uneven surfaces, or weather;

  • Food, beverages, allergies, and vendor products;

  • Transportation, parking, and pedestrian activity;

  • Actions of other attendees or third parties; and

  • Illness, injury, property damage, theft, or other unexpected incidents.

By attending a Daylite event, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with live-event attendance.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or exclude liability that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable law.

Guests with medical conditions, sensory sensitivities, allergies, accessibility needs, or other concerns should evaluate whether attending is appropriate and contact Daylite or the venue in advance when accommodations may be needed.

11. Alcohol and Responsible Participation

Guests must drink responsibly. Daylite and participating venues may refuse service or remove any guest who appears intoxicated, impaired, unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive.

Guests are solely responsible for arranging safe transportation and must not drive while impaired.

Daylite does not manufacture or directly control food or beverages supplied by independent venues, caterers, bartenders, restaurants, vendors, or sponsors. Questions about ingredients, allergens, or preparation should be directed to the applicable vendor before consumption.

12. Photography, Video and Audio Recording

Daylite events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by Daylite, the venue, sponsors, partners, attendees, contractors, or members of the media.

By entering an event area, you grant Daylite and its authorized partners permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and use your image, likeness, appearance, voice, and statements for lawful promotional, editorial, archival, advertising, social media, and commercial purposes without additional notice or compensation.

This permission applies worldwide and may continue indefinitely, to the extent permitted by law.

A parent or guardian who brings a minor to an event grants the same permission on the minor’s behalf.

Guests who have a specific concern about being photographed should contact event staff before entering. Although reasonable requests may be considered, Daylite cannot guarantee that a guest will not appear incidentally in crowd photographs or recordings.

Unauthorized commercial photography, filming, livestreaming, or professional recording is prohibited without written approval.

13. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own phones, bags, wallets, vehicles, equipment, clothing, and other personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daylite is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, abandoned, or damaged personal property.

Any lost-and-found service is provided as a courtesy. Daylite does not guarantee that an item will be located, stored, returned, or shipped.

14. Accessibility

Daylite strives to create welcoming and accessible experiences. Because events take place at different venues, available accommodations may vary.

Guests requesting a reasonable accommodation should contact Daylite at info@dayliteorlando.com as early as possible before the event and include the event name and requested accommodation.

Daylite will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the applicable venue but cannot guarantee accommodations that are not reasonably available or that would fundamentally alter the event.

15. Intellectual Property

The Daylite name, Daylite Orlando name, logos, designs, event concepts, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, slogans, and related branding are owned by or licensed to Daylite LLC.

“DAYLITE” is a trademark of Daylite LLC.

No license or ownership right is granted to you except the limited right to access and use the website in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use Daylite’s intellectual property to advertise an event, sell products, create a competing brand, suggest sponsorship or endorsement, or otherwise benefit commercially without written authorization.

16. User Submissions and Applications

Daylite may accept DJ submissions, music links, vendor inquiries, volunteer applications, sponsorship proposals, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, or other materials.

Submitting information does not guarantee:

  • Selection;

  • Employment;

  • Compensation;

  • A performance opportunity;

  • A vendor space;

  • A partnership;

  • A response; or

  • Future consideration.

You represent that any material you submit is accurate, lawful, and either owned by you or submitted with all required permissions.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information unless Daylite has agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.

17. User-Generated Content

When you tag Daylite, submit content to Daylite, or respond to a Daylite request for content, you grant Daylite a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, repost, display, edit, adapt, distribute, and promote that content in connection with Daylite’s business, website, events, and social media channels.

You retain ownership of your original content.

You represent that your content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights.

Daylite may remove, decline to use, or stop using submitted content at any time.

18. Contests, Giveaways, Sweepstakes and Promotions

18.1 Application of Promotion Rules

Daylite may offer contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, DJ competitions, ticket promotions, merchandise giveaways, performance opportunities, or similar promotions.

Each promotion may include a social media post, announcement, entry form, or separate official rules containing additional details. Those promotion-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms.

If promotion-specific official rules conflict with this section, the promotion-specific official rules will control for that promotion.

18.2 No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A DAYLITE SWEEPSTAKES OR GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Buying a Daylite ticket, product, membership, food item, beverage, service, or merchandise will not improve an entrant’s odds unless a promotion is structured as a lawful skill contest and the official rules expressly state otherwise.

Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

18.3 Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion announcement or official rules, entrants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Be legal residents of the United States;

  • Have legal capacity to accept the prize;

  • Comply with all entry instructions; and

  • Not be an employee, owner, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of Daylite or another person directly involved in administering the promotion.

Certain prizes, including entry to a 21-and-over event, may require the winner and any guest to be at least 21 years old.

Daylite may require proof of identity, age, residency, social media account ownership, eligibility, or compliance with the official rules.

18.4 Entry Requirements

Entries must be submitted during the stated promotion period and through the designated entry method.

Entries that are late, incomplete, inaccurate, automated, copied, fraudulent, purchased, generated by bots, submitted through multiple unauthorized accounts, or otherwise noncompliant may be disqualified.

Daylite is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, deleted, or inaccessible entries caused by technical failures, platform outages, privacy settings, internet problems, or user error.

18.5 Winner Selection

For a random giveaway or sweepstakes, the potential winner will be selected through a random process from eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

For a skill-based contest, entries may be evaluated using criteria stated in the promotion announcement, such as creativity, originality, musical selection, technical ability, crowd appeal, experience, presentation, brand alignment, or compliance with the submission requirements.

Decisions made by Daylite and any designated judges are final to the extent permitted by law.

18.6 Winner Notification

Potential winners may be contacted through direct message, email, telephone, comment, or another method identified in the promotion.

A potential winner may be required to respond within the period stated in the notification and provide requested eligibility documents, releases, tax forms, performance agreements, or identification.

A potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected if the winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;

  • Does not respond by the deadline;

  • Fails to provide requested documentation;

  • Is not eligible;

  • Violates the official rules;

  • Declines the prize; or

  • Cannot accept or use the prize as offered.

Daylite will never require a winner to provide a credit-card number, gift card, password, or payment to claim a legitimate prize. Winners should verify communications through Daylite’s official website or official social media account.

18.7 Prizes

Prizes are awarded as described and are subject to availability, scheduling, venue requirements, age restrictions, and any stated limitations.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prizes are nontransferable;

  • No cash alternative is available;

  • Prizes may not be sold or auctioned;

  • Daylite may substitute a prize of reasonably comparable value when necessary; and

  • The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included.

Daylite makes no warranties regarding prizes supplied by independent sponsors, venues, vendors, manufacturers, or other third parties.

18.8 DJ Sets and Performance Prizes

When the prize includes a DJ set, live performance, opening slot, or appearance opportunity:

  • The performance date, time, duration, stage, venue, equipment, and schedule are determined by Daylite;

  • The winner must satisfy all venue, age, identification, insurance, licensing, technical, and conduct requirements;

  • The winner may be required to sign a separate performance, appearance, release, or independent-contractor agreement;

  • Travel, lodging, meals, equipment, assistants, and other expenses are not included unless expressly stated;

  • The performance opportunity does not create employment, agency, partnership, or a promise of future bookings;

  • No performance fee is included unless expressly stated in the promotion;

  • The winner must arrive on time and perform for the assigned duration;

  • The winner must use properly licensed or legally authorized music and content;

  • The performance must comply with venue rules, safety requirements, sound limits, and Daylite’s programming standards; and

  • Daylite may revoke or modify the performance opportunity if the winner becomes unavailable, behaves unprofessionally, provides false information, creates a safety concern, violates the rules, or cannot satisfy venue requirements.

If the related event is canceled, postponed, relocated, or materially modified, Daylite may reschedule the performance prize or substitute a reasonably comparable opportunity.

18.9 Publicity and Entry Content

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize grants Daylite permission to use the winner’s name, social media handle, photograph, likeness, voice, biography, entry, and winner status for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Entrants represent that submitted content is original or properly authorized and does not violate another person’s rights.

18.10 Social Media Platform Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Daylite promotions are sponsored and administered solely by Daylite LLC.

Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, X, Eventbrite, or any other social media or technology platform on which the promotion is advertised.

By entering, each entrant completely releases the applicable social media platform from claims arising from or related to the promotion.

Entrants must comply with the terms, community guidelines, and applicable rules of each platform used to enter.

18.11 Modification or Cancellation

Daylite may suspend, cancel, extend, or modify a promotion when fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, unauthorized intervention, legal requirements, event cancellation, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond Daylite’s control affect the fairness, integrity, legality, or administration of the promotion.

Daylite will not arbitrarily disqualify valid entries or fail to award an advertised prize except where awarding the prize becomes illegal, impossible, unsafe, or commercially impracticable because of circumstances beyond Daylite’s reasonable control.

18.12 Abbreviated Social Media Contest Disclaimer

The following abbreviated disclosure may be used in Daylite social media promotion posts:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open only to eligible participants described in the promotion. Void where prohibited. This promotion is sponsored by Daylite LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Threads, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release the applicable platforms from all responsibility related to the promotion. Full rules and eligibility requirements are available at DayliteOrlando.com/terms.

19. Privacy

Information collected through our website, forms, ticket registrations, mailing lists, applications, and promotions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Promotion entrants understand that their information is being provided to Daylite and not to the social media platform unless the platform separately collects information under its own policies.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through public comments, posts, or direct messages.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to Eventbrite, venues, sponsors, vendors, social media platforms, payment processors, streaming services, maps, or other third-party websites.

Daylite does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accessibility, content, privacy practices, terms, products, services, or actions of third parties.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

The appearance of a link, sponsor, vendor, performer, or partner does not necessarily constitute a warranty or endorsement.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, events, content, promotions, tickets, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Daylite does not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

  • Website information will always be complete or current;

  • A particular event, performer, service, vendor, or experience will meet personal expectations;

  • Third-party services will operate without interruption; or

  • Technical errors will always be corrected immediately.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daylite LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, venues, sponsors, performers, vendors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, participation in a promotion, purchase of a ticket, or attendance at an event.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, transportation expenses, lodging expenses, personal inconvenience, reputational harm, or damages resulting from third-party conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daylite’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Daylite for the specific ticket, product, or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daylite LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, venues, sponsors, performers, vendors, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your unlawful, negligent, reckless, or intentional conduct;

  • Damage or injury caused by you;

  • Your violation of another person’s rights;

  • Content or information you submit;

  • Your unauthorized use of Daylite’s intellectual property; or

  • Your violation of applicable laws, venue rules, or promotion rules.

24. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from these Terms, the website, a Daylite promotion, or a Daylite event must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida.

Before filing a legal action, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

26. No Waiver

Daylite’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

27. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Daylite’s written consent.

Daylite may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, event partnership, business transfer, or similar transaction.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable ticket listing, event rules, venue rules, promotion-specific official rules, and any written agreement between you and Daylite, constitute the complete agreement regarding the applicable website use, purchase, promotion, submission, or event.

29. EVENT ENTRY NOTICE

NOTICE: By entering or attending any Daylite event, you acknowledge and agree that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daylite LLC, its organizers, venues, owners, employees, contractors, performers, vendors, sponsors, representatives, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, illness, property damage, or other harm arising from attendance at or participation in the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Attendees are prohibited from bringing illegal substances, firearms, weapons, explosives, or any other items deemed dangerous, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate by Daylite, the venue, security personnel, or event organizers onto the event premises.

Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and audio recording may take place during the event. By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and permit Daylite and its authorized partners to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, advertising, editorial, archival, social media, and other lawful purposes without additional notice or compensation.

Daylite, the venue, and event security reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual who violates event policies, presents a safety risk, appears excessively intoxicated, behaves in a threatening or disruptive manner, or fails to follow instructions from event staff or security personnel.

All attendees are expected to drink and party responsibly, respect other guests, performers, vendors, staff, and venue property, and comply with all applicable laws and event rules.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except when an event is officially canceled and is not rescheduled.

Refunds will not be provided because of:

  • A change in personal plans;

  • Failure to attend;

  • Late arrival;

  • Transportation or parking issues;

  • A change in the event schedule, lineup, performers, DJs, vendors, programming, or activities;

  • Weather conditions that do not result in the event being officially canceled;

  • Removal from or denial of entry to the event for violating event or venue policies; or

  • Dissatisfaction with the event, venue, music, crowd, food, beverages, or other personal preferences.

Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled because of weather, a natural disaster, venue issues, government action, public-safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control, all purchased tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date.

A postponement, relocation, schedule change, or rescheduling of an event does not constitute a cancellation and does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Canceled Events

If an event is officially canceled and is not rescheduled, Daylite may issue a refund for the ticket’s face value or base ticket price only.

Any Eventbrite fees, credit-card fees, ticketing fees, service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, or other third-party charges are excluded from the refund unless the applicable third-party provider expressly agrees otherwise.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be returned to the original payment method.

FORCE MAJEURE

Daylite reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, interrupt, reduce, or cancel an event because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation:

  • Acts of God;

  • Severe weather;

  • Hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, fire, or natural disasters;

  • Government orders, restrictions, regulations, or permitting issues;

  • Public-health emergencies or public-safety concerns;

  • Acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, or security threats;

  • Utility, equipment, internet, transportation, or infrastructure failures;

  • Venue closure or loss of access to the venue;

  • Artist illness, travel interruptions, or performer unavailability; or

  • Any circumstance that makes holding the event unsafe, unlawful, impossible, commercially impracticable, or materially different from what was reasonably anticipated.

If an event is affected by a force majeure circumstance, Daylite may, at its discretion:

  1. Reschedule the event and honor existing tickets for the rescheduled date; or

  2. Cancel the event and provide refunds for the ticket’s face value or base ticket price only.

Third-party ticketing, service, processing, credit-card, and Eventbrite fees will not be refunded by Daylite.

EVENTBRITE AND THIRD-PARTY FEES

Tickets purchased through Eventbrite or another third-party ticketing provider may include service, processing, payment, delivery, or credit-card fees charged directly by that provider.

These third-party fees are separate from the ticket’s base price and are generally nonrefundable.

When Daylite authorizes a refund following the cancellation of an event, the refund will cover only the base ticket price or ticket face value. Eventbrite service and processing fees, credit-card processing fees, and other third-party charges will not be refunded by Daylite.

Any refund of third-party fees is subject exclusively to the policies and discretion of the applicable ticketing or payment provider.
